Absolutely! You can receive CoolSculpting® and CoolTone™ treatments on the same day. For best results, we recommend doing your CoolSculpting® treatments first, followed by CoolTone™. You can also just do CoolTone™ treatments as a stand-alone, without getting CoolSculpting®.
It may take a few moments to get used to the sensation of your muscles contracting, but it is not painful. A treatment session typically lasts about 30-45 minutes. You may feel some soreness afterward, like after an intense workout. Drinking plenty of water can help flush out built-up lactic acid to reduce soreness.
The CoolTone™ procedure typically requires four treatments, spaced several days apart. Your results will improve with each CoolTone™ session and for several weeks afterward, as the targeted muscle fibers strengthen and muscle mass increases.
